Forwarding of completed forms
You can send the completed electronic document form to the accounting program via EDS. To send completed forms while not signed-in to EDS, you must use an E-signature and have declared a qualified E-signature certificate. It is not necessary to declare a qualified E-signature certificate to send the completed forms after logging in to EDS.
How to submit?
If the document is electronically signed, you can:
- forward it while not non-signed to EDS: “About submitting forms” → “Forwarding completed forms” → “E-signature signed form forwarding”;
- Forward after logging in to the EDS: "Declaration" → "Forward the completed form". The forwarded form will be forwarded for processing. You can view the submitted form in the "Declaration" → "Submitted documents history" → "Transferred files" section, and after a while in the "Submitted forms" section (if the file was processed successfully).
If the document is not electronically signed, you can:
- Forward after logging in to EDS: “Declaration” → “Forward the completed form. The forwarded form will be forwarded for processing. You can view the submitted form in the "Declaration" → "Submitted documents history" → "Transferred files" section, and after a while in the "Submitted forms" section (if the file was processed successfully).
