Regarding submission of forms

Documents can be submitted:

• Completing and submitting the document directly on the EDS portal;
• Forwarding the completed forms via the EDS portal;
• Transferring data via a web service*.

The acceptance of the declaration in the EDS and the results of its processing can be found out:

• after logging in to the EDS and in the section “Documents and forms submitted” check the fact of acceptance of the declaration by the EDS;
• in addition, the taxpayer may be informed by the E-signature specified by him, if he has chosen the E-signature notification settings.

Attention! Documents signed with a secure electronic signature may be submitted through the Electronic Declaration System in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Electronic Signature of the Republic of Lithuania. In order to submit electronically signed documents, taxpayers must re- enter into the Agreement on Electronic Submission of Documents concluded by 29 July, 2010.

Browser requirements:

• Support for HTML version 4.1;
• SSL v3. encrypted HTTP channel support;
• Support for JavaScript modules on the user's computer according to the Microsoft JavaScript standard (Internet options - > Java (sun) -  specified use);
• File transfer upload / download support;
• Support for HTML frames;
• Support for session cookies.

It is recommended to use the following browsers and their versions not older than specified:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x, Opera 9.x, Mozilla FireFox 2.x, Apple Safari (MAC users)

Attention! It is recommended that your browser settings be set to default when you install your browser.
With certain browser security settings, some restrictions on the use of Java may prevent some EDS features from working.
