Declaration of the certificate
You must declare a qualified electronic signature certificate if you want to:
- submit documents signed with an electronic signature to the State Tax Inspectorate in its own name;
- connect to the Electronic Declaration System using a qualified electronic signature certificate.
Documents submitted for the represented persons must be signed by the declared E-signature. You will only be able to sign if the natural or legal persons you represent provide you with an E-signature. The right to sign documents (in accordance with the procedure established in the Rules for Electronic Submission of Documents approved by Order No. VA- 83 of the Head of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania of 21 July 2010).
The procedure for signing documents submitted through the Electronic Declaration System with an electronic signature and the requirements for compiling and verifying an electronic signature shall be established by:
- Specification of the electronically signed computer- readable electronic document MDOC- V1.0,
- Rules for qualified electronic signature of computer readable electronic documents.

Elektroninio parašo kvalifikuoto sertifikato deklaracija

Pareiškiu, kad saugus elektroninis parašas, kuriuo pasirašyta ši paraiška, yra patvirtintas
man išduotu kvalifikuotu elektroniniu sertifikatu. Prašau šio kvalifikuoto elektroninio
sertifikato santrauką naudoti autentifikuojant mane jungiantis prie Valstybinės
mokesčių inspekcijos prie Lietuvos Respublikos finansų ministerijos EDS portalo
autorizuotos srities, tikrinant mano pasirašytus elektroninius dokumentus. Patvirtinu,
kad šioje paraiškoje nurodyti mano asmens duomenys yra teisingi ir tai patvirtinu
pasirašydamas šiuo elektroniniu parašu.
