Please note that a qualified electronic certificate is always associated only with a natural person, i. e. it may not be issued in the name of a legal person (an authorized natural person may sign on behalf of a legal person).
You can connect with a fixed or mobile signing infrastructure. To connect to the EDS, only the fixed E-signature must be declared. signature infrastructure. It is possible to sign and submit electronic documents only using a qualified electronic certificate, after declaring it in the EDS portal section “About form submission” → “Forwarding completed forms” → “Certificate Declaration” (for non-logged in users) or “Settings” → “E-signature” → “Certificate declaration” (for logged in users).
The EDS has the right to sign electronically with a person authorized to perform this action. The authorization is granted upon completion of the Annex to the Agreement on Electronic Submission of Data, concluded as of 30 July 2010. Natural persons automatically acquire the right to sign documents submitted in their own name with an electronic signature from the moment of approval of the contract, and the consumer may be authorized to sign documents on behalf of a legal person only upon submission of the said annex.
